Support Tool and Die shop as needed, including basic repairs.
Operate Die Maintenance Sonic Tank and Extrude hone to clean residual debris left during the extrusion process.
Train operators proper care of extrusion dies, as needed.
Ensure proper die functioning in relation to maintenance and cleaning, dismantling, reassembly and start up.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards, making proper use of PPE, as required.
Use hand tools for disassembly and reassembly of dies, such as brass bars, rubber mallets, Allen wrenches, etc.

Report any damage or excessive wear to Team lead and Process Engineering.
Maintain complete inventory and storage of dies within the Tool Management System.
Reference Production plan to gather tooling as needed for production runs or new product development/ Tuning.
