Develop and direct the management of the client to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any issues that may lead to client terminating the contract.
Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues. Review the standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and forms of the department, and develop new SOP’s, templates, and forms for the project.
Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to Senior Director and for consideration.
Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations.
Budget Preparation
Creation of project budgets that align with the vision of the client as well as KWPM.
Develop and direct the management of the headquarters support departments (transitions, banking, accounting, technology, etc.) and District Managers to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization.
Build and maintain relationships with Developer throughout the project, including after hand-off to the operations team.
Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
