The Community Manager supervises all community team members, prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, maintains accurate resident files in compliance with management procedures and funding agency regulations, processes applicants and leases units following the Resident Selection Criteria, and maintains relationships with local government agencies such as HUD and TAC. Additional duties include conducting regular follow‑up inspections of maintenance work, grounds and common areas, and collecting rents while handling delinquent accounts.
Candidates must have 2–5 years of property management experience, including supervising staff and managing Section 8, HUD, TCAC, and city inspections. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, reliable transportation, a valid California driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance are required.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, experience with the Yardi program, and knowledge of fair housing, 504 ADA, HUD, and Section 42 regulations. Certifications such as CPO (Section 8), SHCM (Section 42), RAM, and FHC are also desirable.
The position offers $25.00 hourly pay, a two‑bedroom unit included, and paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Additional benefits include a matching 401(k) with employer contribution. The employer is an equal‑opportunity employer.
