- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a team setting and follow verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo and pass drug screening and a background check.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in utility locating (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficiency in reading utility maps, plans, and drawings.
- Capability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.
- Ability to provide detailed sketches of work.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, and eligibility to be covered by company insurance.
- Familiarity with electromagnetic multi-frequency locating tools (preferred but not required).
