MSP and Vendor Coordination

This position works directly with company leadership and department managers to understand needs, design solutions, implement software, train users, and provide ongoing support. The role also includes responsibility for in-house IT equipment and coordination with the company’s Managed Service Provider to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology across the company. The role will also evaluate and integrate AI-driven platforms to improve workflows, visibility, and productivity.

Requirements Gathering and Implementation

• Translate business processes into effective software solutions
• Work with the company’s Managed Service Provider on troubleshooting and projects
• Help maintain consistent hardware, software, and security standards
• Assist with or lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Train employees on Microsoft Dynamics, Smartsheet, AI tools, and related systems
• Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and usability
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms to automate tasks and improve business workflows
• Assist in managing relationships with software vendors and technology partners
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a technology standpoint
• Provide internal support for business systems and applications
• Work with management and department leaders to understand operational needs
• Configure, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics to support company workflows
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
• Install, configure, and maintain software, user access, and permissions
• Manage in-house IT setup and maintenance for computers, laptops, and peripherals
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed

Requirements

We are seeking an IT professional to manage, tailor, and maintain the company’s internal technology and business systems. The primary focus of this role is configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheet to align with real operational workflows.

• Experience using Microsoft 365 products
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow and project management platforms
• Ability to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and follow-through
• Experience with system integrations, automation, or reporting tools
• Experience with Sage or accounting-related systems
• Own Smartsheet structure, automation, dashboards, permissions, and integrations
• Experience with ERP or business systems in operational environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or strong aptitude and hands-on exposure
• Interest or experience in applying AI tools to business workflows
