The Audit Quality Director will lead the firm’s compliance with AICPA’s new quality management standards, conduct technical reviews of audit engagements, ensure GAAP compliance, and support the implementation of new accounting guidance. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and the capacity to advise teams on complex accounting matters.

Location: Preferred in the Chicagoland area, but remote possibilities are available for the right candidate.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
Experience with Yellow Book/Uniform Guidance audits preferred
8+ years of recent public accounting experience
Excellent communication and project management abilities
2+ years of GAAP technical review experience
