- Create, update, and review SOPs and process documentation.

- 6–8 years HR operations experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience managing employee life‑cycle for EMEA/UK countries.
- Strong understanding of core HR management practices and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Prior experience with HR systems; Workday is required.
