Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 2 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proven capability in managing relationships across Defence stakeholders, aligned to CJC preparedness and sustainment goals.
- Lifecycle & Obsolescence Planning: Experience conducting Life of Type assessments and advising on obsolescence management and sustainment funding strategies.
- Strategic Asset Management Expertise: Ability to develop system-level asset management plans that align with capability outcomes, beyond transactional product oversight.
- Performance Metrics & Analytical Skills: Skilled in reviewing and refining performance measures within Product Schedules and IPdMPs to reflect strategic objectives.
- Contractual & Industry Partnership Insight: Ability to assess current contract structures and recommend strategic industry partnerships for enduring support.
