Responsible for delivery of Contracts across Highways Frameworks & Contracts including NRTS, SDF & M&R
Will ensure the implementation of Principal Contractor (PC) License and QEHS procedures to assigned projects where applicable.
Lead the delivery of highways technology programmes across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality execution, safety, and operational performance.
Will be required to deliver and direct highly complex strategic projects
Own the end-to-end delivery cycles including design development, installation, commissioning, handover and operational readiness
Will ensure the implementation of consistent governance and controls to report project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to key stakeholders, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project lifecycle
Accountable for successful end to end delivery of portfolio of Highways projects.
Develop consistent project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects in accordance with Telent, client QEHS and contractual processes, including regular review and checks
Ensure financial controls are in place to manage projects within agreed budgets

Experienced as a Principal Contractor for scheme works, ensuring safe planning, coordination and delivery of site works in accordance with CDM regulations.
Critical to have excellent stakeholder management skills, especially to be able to actively pursue business development opportunities to ensure a continuous strong orderbook for their business area.
Demonstrable experience of delivering highly complex strategic projects
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience operating across Highways Project Frameworks
Demonstrable experience in Installation & Operations requirements across various disciplines; NRTS, SDF Technology Refresh Programmes, M&R Renewal Programmes
