- Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for HVAC system installations. Monitor the quality of materials and services provided by vendors.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC systems are tested thoroughly for functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Perform inspections and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase.
- Project Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project timeline, quality, or budget, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

- P&L Understanding: Basic understanding of P&L management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis for projects.
- Education: Bachelor / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems, project management (e.g., PMP), or safety protocols would be an advantage.
