Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for HVAC system installations. Monitor the quality of materials and services provided by vendors.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each project, including project schedules, progress reports, installation logs, and test reports. Prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is progressing as planned and that any issues are addressed promptly to prevent delays.
