- Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively across ranks and units, often in high-pressure environments.
- Relevant Qualifications or Equivalent Experience: A degree in engineering or project management is beneficial, but equivalent experience gained through military service—such as leading operations, managing logistics, or overseeing technical teams—is highly valued.
- Relevant PM qualifications (eg PMQ, Prince 2)

- Decision-Making and Accountability: Comfortable making informed decisions under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to protocols and standards.
- Mobility and Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel to different locations, including offices, operational sites, or overseas, as required .
