Minimum of ten years of technical experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility.
Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
Experience preparing technical specifications.
Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain reciprocity for the New England states within twelve months if not currently registered in the required states.
Able to assist in proposals and presentations.
Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required.

BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
