- Actively engage with current and former residents in arrears collections.
- Escalate collections with the field teams as required.
- Generate reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status.
- Trace and locate debtors to arrange debt payoffs.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date resident ledgers and records regarding collections efforts.
- Review, approve and administer all resident payment plans.
- Perform resident ledger reconciliations where necessary.
- Resolve resident inquiries including investigations and payment disputes.

- Proven experience in a P2P Collections role.
- Understanding of laws and regulations surrounding debt collection.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and convey information with clarity and confidence in both written and spoken communication.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- In depth knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Ability to manage large volumes of work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, organization and follow-through
- Knowledge of RTDRS processes is a strong asset.
- Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and secure payment arrangements effectively.
