Partner with Procurement on subcontractor and supplier awards
Review all bids for their entirety and compliance with contract

Partner with Field Operations on staffing needs and scope specific processes
Ensure Project Managers successfully execute the duties in their job descriptions
Quote and manage all change order and Owner’s request for extras
Read, analyze and interpret blueprints, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts or governmental regulations
Coordinate team for takeoff and bid assembly assignments
Ensure quotes are obtained for all trades
Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Manage and resolve or assist site leadership (or construction managers) in resolving all conflicts such as failure of subcontractors to perform, failure of materials to arrive, contract disputes and trade conflicts
Write reports, business correspondence and document project activities
Effectively present information and respond to questions from project managers, superintendents, clients, customers and the general public
Collaborate with Sr Safety Manager on any jobsite safety issues
Identify key trades for concentration and notify selected subcontractors of bid dates
Review the submittal and approval process of the monthly application with the Owner
Maintain site coverage between active sites as required
Oversee project management teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Construction Managers
Oversee multiple projects and maintain prime contract with Owner
Review labor and equipment analysis of the crew and equipment planners
Award contracts to subcontractors and establish Job Timing for contract
Foster and maintain Client Relations to get repeat business
Review the project and determine acceptability of completed work on an on-going basis
Identify, research, and resolve all contract disputes with the Owner
Visit jobsites on ongoing basis, inspecting the work and establishing final punch list
Finalize the design with the Owner of each project
Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
