Oversee vendor contracts for maintenance of Association assets, including parks, trails, sports courts, pools, fences, landscaping, irrigation, buildings, lakes, fountains, and lighting.
Attend Association meetings and assist with special events as needed.
Ensure cleaning supplies and pool chemicals are stored safely and compliant with regulations.
Assist with construction violations and follow up on enforcement.
Perform minor repairs and ensure the cleanliness of equipment and furnishings.
Inspect dumpsters, playground sand/mulch, and other areas seasonally.
Act as the liaison between Wimberley Estate Builders and the Onsite Manager.
Assess and plan for turf, bed, tree, and other landscaping repairs or replacements.
Oversee tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts maintenance and equipment.
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of pavilions, playgrounds, sports courts, and parking lots.
Monitor irrigation systems for faults and optimize for water efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports on landscaping, hardscape projects, pools, fencing, irrigation repairs, and water usage.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, construction liaison, or a similar field.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
Stay familiar with the governing documents of the community.
Electrical qualifications and knowledge of plumbing repairs and troubleshooting are a plus.
Certifications related to pool maintenance, water features, plumbing, electrical systems, and/or fountain operation are a plus.
Knowledge of playground equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, minor roofing, carpentry, and pool equipment.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
