The Sales & Integrated Business Planning role will be based at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC, with occasional travel for in‑person meetings and events. The position reports to senior leadership and requires close partnership with Sales, Production, Finance, and Operations.

- 10+ years leading OEM sales forecasting, demand planning, or integrated business planning in automotive or comparable manufacturing.
- Proven ability to design and scale planning frameworks, processes, and systems from the ground up.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and technical depth; proficient with data tools and systems.
- Track record of driving cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Production, Finance, and Retail operations.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and translate complexity into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience creating forecasts using diverse data points and advancing AI and automation integration.
- Strong project leadership and organizational skills to prioritize multiple high‑impact initiatives.
