As a Senior Technical Designer, you’ll be responsible for the technical delivery of high-end hospitality and residential projects, ensuring design intent is translated seamlessly into construction. You’ll lead the development of detailed drawing packages, manage and coordinate Revit models, and oversee documentation standards across multiple project stages.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects, with strong technical knowledge of materials, joinery, construction detailing, and building systems.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital, as is a meticulous eye for precision and buildability.
