Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
In this role you will perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration tools, load controller software, and conduct basic diagnostics from system‑level controllers to sensors and actuators. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, respond to warranty calls, calibrate systems with electronic test equipment, and document all work including as‑built information. You will keep management, contractors, and customers informed of progress, complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports, and follow all safety standards while identifying efficiency improvements and upselling opportunities.
The hourly rate ranges from $16 to $29, determined by education, experience, skills, and market data, and the position includes a competitive benefits package. Exceptional candidates may be considered beyond the target range. The hiring process may use AI‑assisted tools, but final decisions are made by human reviewers.
