  • Support the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure all work aligns with company standards and technical best practices.
  • Provide front-line technical support across a broad range of heating and HVAC products.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or product specialists when required.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product, software, and system issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with service, sales, and engineering departments to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with field engineers, clients, and internal teams to manage technical queries and service requests.
  • Record all service activity, warranty details, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Professional command of English, written and verbal.
  • Qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Heating, or a related technical discipline.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Proven background in a technical support or customer service role, ideally within the HVAC or heating industry.
  • Experience using CRM or helpdesk software.
