Mechanical water engineers are responsible for designing hydraulic systems, specifying pumps, and developing plant‑room layouts that ensure safe operation and compliance with standards. They work closely with other design disciplines to integrate control philosophies and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.

We look for candidates with a solid mechanical engineering background, a willingness to pursue professional qualifications, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Hold a BEng (2:1+) in Mechanical Engineering; MEng preferred.
Demonstrate strong Word/Excel skills and effective report writing.
Show enthusiasm, technical proficiency, ambition and ability to work independently.
Willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as IET or IMechE.
