Work with Finance to ensure the full cost control of project(s) including providing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
Ensure that all contemporary records are kept and filed by the project team members for use in supporting claims, extensions of time, and the evaluation of variations.
Assist in the delivery of commercial best practice with risk, change, cost, and value management.
Assist in the collation of data/facts with respect of all variations (changes) to the works in conjunction with other project team members.
Work within time periods required under the Contract(s) and as required by the Company.
In conjunction with the commercial and operational teams, assisting in the delivery of all commercial activities on the project including CVR reporting, and WIP management in line with contractual entitlement.
Support the Commercial and Procurement teams in all aspects of subcontract procurement and payment in accordance with governance and fair payment processes.
Adhere to all company polices and to the Amey systems, processes, and procedures on Contracts of varying sizes.
Administer a robust coding structure to facilitate accurate cost capture. Producing monthly and/or weekly cost and value data to assist the Commercial team in submitting timely applications for payment, Change requests and any additional contractual requirements.
Assist in the identification, mitigation and management of opportunity and risk.
