- Carry out SHE tasks that are required to maintain Kier Group SHE policies and procedures as directed by the Snr HS&W Manager.
- Compile accident reports for reportable accidents and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. Send reports to the Snr HS&W Manager and Project Director/Manager and ensure recommendations are actioned in a timely manner.
- Promote, fully participate and assist delivery in the implementation of the Kier Behavioural Safety Programme; Think Safety Differently.
- Carry out regular audits, inspections and visits to identify safe and unsafe on-site working conditions and practices. Report on findings of such inspections and make recommendations to remedy any defects found using Kier software systems.
- Advise on the practical implementation of CDM, Safe Systems of Work, Construction Phase Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Wellbeing strategies.
