- Lead a team of product managers, solution architects, analysts, and technologists across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Report to the CIO/CISO and serve as a member of the senior IT leadership team.
- Provide visionary leadership over digital product management, innovation programs, and business automation strategies.
