What you would be doing

Ensure efficient and effective routing of cleared pending drop buries to the appropriate crews as to insure we arrive on site within the time frame committed to the customer.
Respond to internal and external requests for help in a timely and professional manner.?
Continuously monitor and adjust work assignments to ensure SLA's are met on drop buries.
Use billing system, Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs and systems to ensure SLA's are met on all drop buries.
Interact with field leadership to ensure that all work is completed on time to meet customer expectations.
Provide positive influence and leadership within the organization. This position is clearly intended to have a leadership component and requires one to be mindful of their behavior both in and out of the workplace.
Maintains accurate information notes within the necessary systems where manual intervention is required to resolve the order discrepancy.
