Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Description

• Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader
• Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
• Carry out minor remedial works that arise during the maintenance visit
• Attend training sessions to further your development
• Plan routine maintenance calls within your area
• Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting and Portable Extinguishers in your assigned area
• Attend weekly engineering team meetings
• Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service

Requirements

• Highly organised
• Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required (callout rota is currently 1 week in 10)
• Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems
• Engineering Van Provided - fully equipped to support your role
• Hold relevant industry qualifications
• Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Have a full, clean UK driving license
• Excellent communicator
