Pre-Sales Engineer - Cloud

Description

This is your chance to work at the cutting edge of Cloud, Networking, and Data Center solutions, helping bridge technical expertise and client needs. You’ll support the sales team by designing tailored solutions, delivering demos, and preparing proposals, playing a key role in shaping client success.

• Manage RFI/RFP responses and ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet client expectations
• Provide periodic updates on activities, achievements, and project progress to management
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand or adopt additional services
• Support Sales throughout the sales cycle to drive deal closure and achieve targets
• Gather and analyze customer IT and business requirements to design and propose optimal solutions
• Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs
• Utilize enterprise systems, collaboration tools, and documentation practices effectively
• Document and maintain project updates, case studies, and technical collateral for internal and external use
• Maintain relationships with service partners and ensure proper communication across teams
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and emerging trends in Cloud, Networking, and Data Center technologies
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to validate solutions and confirm feasibility.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts, and other solution content
• Understand and stay up-to-date with the company’s service offerings, technical direction, and best practices

Requirements

• Responsible, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Certifications in Cloud, Networking, or Data Center technologies are advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel locally to client or company sites as needed
• Able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
• 5 years of experience in IT, Pre-Sales, or Cloud/Networking solutions
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under tight or changing schedules
• Solid understanding of computer networks, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Data Center environments
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to produce high-quality proposals and documentation
