Tasks

-Oversee day-to-day service operations across Melbourne and surrounding regions -Support contract obligations, reporting, and financial performance -Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery -Manage a team of Security Technicians and service desk coordinators -Work closely with Project, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver integrated solutions -Build and maintain strong client relationships -Conduct site inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards. -Overseeing the commercial success of service delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. -Facilitate the development of others’ knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities.

What You Bring

-Strong experience in Electronic Security Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis. -Excellent customer relationship and communication abilities -Proven experience in a supervisory role within field service operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of service delivery processes. -Exposure to Tier 1 clients or critical infrastructure preferred -Commercial and contract management understanding -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. -Australian Citizenship -Already acquired Security Installers license -In-depth knowledge of security systems and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. -High level of competence in IT based applications and hardware (desirable) -Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security Licence, Cabling) -Ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance -Certification with Lenel, Gallagher, Tecom, Integrity, Milestone, Geutebruck systems (highly desirable) -Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
