  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the construction, IT, or finance industry preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
