The Automated Regulation Technician, under the supervision of the dispatcher, is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction using JCI web tools.
Key duties include diagnosing and fixing issues on JCI automated regulation systems, programming in Metasys, updating system drawings, documenting projects, and communicating status and recommendations to clients.
