The Lot Agent monitors parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and exterior areas of client locations using a company vehicle. The position works split shifts: 12:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m. Thursday to Monday or Tuesday to Saturday. Pay starts at $13.65 per hour plus tips, with the final rate based on experience, skills, location, and market data.
The role includes tasks such as jumping vehicle batteries, inflating tires, assisting customers in locating their vehicles, and recording daily license‑plate inventory. Maintenance duties cover gate repairs, moving bicycle racks, placing safety cones, snow removal, and traffic control at toll booths. Additional responsibilities may involve moving items on and off premises and coordinating vendor deliveries and pickups.
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and pass a motor‑vehicle report, possess knowledge of safety standards, and have at least one year of experience performing minor vehicle maintenance and using inventory scanning equipment.
Work is primarily outdoors and may expose the employee to temperature extremes, damp surfaces, noise, fumes, and dust. Physical demands include frequent lifting of 10‑25 lb (occasionally up to 60 lb), standing, bending, twisting, walking and operating a cash register with good visual, auditory and manual dexterity.
