Availability for occasional night/weekend support
Basic understanding of IPv4 networking
Experience with Autodesk and ArcGIS products
Experience with web application administration (IIS, Nginx, Apache)
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong problem-solving and remote troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with virtualization platforms and AutoCAD-related software (a plus)
3–5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Office365 administration experience
Professionalism and maturity in handling responsibilities
Proficiency in server OS administration (Windows Server, Ubuntu, RedHat)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science (preferred)
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Command Line)
Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks (bandwidth, I/O, memory, CPU)
