We are pleased to inform you that our search for candidates for the EFS Young Leaders Program 2024-25 has begun, and we are keen on hiring young talent. The EFS Young Leaders Program is designed to develop future leaders through comprehensive training, mentoring, and challenging on-the-job opportunities. The potential intake would be in January 2026, and we are looking for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of work experience. The hiring will be for positions in the UAE.
