Lead finance & costing, budgeting, reporting, and team for automotive parts manufacturer.
Leading and overseeing all financial accounting activities, including the maintenance of fiscal records, compliance with financial policies and GAAP, and the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly / annual)
Resolve critical financial issues and provide technical financial support and fixture fabrication
Working collaboratively with the mechanic supervisor, union, management, maintenance and facilities teams
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, execution monitoring, and provide key financial analysis for decision support
Lead the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of production costing systems, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and manage inventory valuation
Lead the finance team (Costing/GL/Analysis), driving overall efficiency
Departmental activities will include taking and analyzing test data, compiling report, tracking equipment downtime and analyzing data fidelity
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership through in-depth analysis, budgeting, costing, and operational reporting—supporting informed decision-making and driving long-term business success

Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness
10 years of progressive finance experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, with 5 years of management experience
Demonstrated experience in cost and management accounting
Bilingual language skills are desired (Mandarin or Spanish)
Must be willing and able to travel internationally, without restrictions, effective on the start date
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting; proficient in major ERP (SAP) systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CPA designation considered an asset
Fluent English (spoken & written, proficient working-level proficiency)
Must be willing to work 100% onsite
Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making skills to successfully manage and complete complex financial projects
Proficient in production costing, variance analysis, and inventory management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization
