Finance Manager [14198]

• Leading and overseeing all financial accounting activities, including the maintenance of fiscal records, compliance with financial policies and GAAP, and the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly / annual)
• Resolve critical financial issues and provide technical financial support and fixture fabrication
• Working collaboratively with the mechanic supervisor, union, management, maintenance and facilities teams
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, execution monitoring, and provide key financial analysis for decision support
• Lead the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of production costing systems, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and manage inventory valuation
• Continuously streamline financial processes (e.g., costing, closing), improving efficiency and accuracy
• Lead the finance team (Costing/GL/Analysis), driving overall efficiency
• Departmental activities will include taking and analyzing test data, compiling report, tracking equipment downtime and analyzing data fidelity
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership through in-depth analysis, budgeting, costing, and operational reporting—supporting informed decision-making and driving long-term business success

• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness
• 10 years of progressive finance experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, with 5 years of management experience
• Demonstrated experience in cost and management accounting
• Bilingual language skills are desired (Mandarin or Spanish)
• Must be willing and able to travel internationally, without restrictions, effective on the start date
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting; proficient in major ERP (SAP) systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CPA designation considered an asset
• Fluent English (spoken & written, proficient working-level proficiency)
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite
• Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making skills to successfully manage and complete complex financial projects
• Proficient in production costing, variance analysis, and inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization
