Realizar inspecciones aleatorias en campo para verificar el cumplimiento de las reglas de H&S por parte del personal propio, contratista y terceros con el fin de corregir los comportamientos inseguros e informar al jefe responsable sobre las condiciones inseguras detectadas y hacer seguimiento a la corrección de las mismas.
Lugar de trabajo: Bello o zonas aledañas, con disponibilidad de viajar ocasionalmente.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares en la industria de manufactura, procesos productivos o de construcción.
Requisitos deseables: Certificación en Auditoría interna bajo la normatividad vigente ISO, Formación en Programas relacionados con Seguridad Vial, Certificación Brigadista Avanzado, Curso coordinador espacios confinados. Residencia: Preferiblemente en Bello
Garantizar la ejecución y documentación de todas las investigaciones de los incidentes ocurridos en las operaciones dando seguimiento a la realización de las acciones y cierre de las mismas generados con el fin de eliminar los riesgos y crear acciones correctivas para el mejoramiento de la salud y seguridad de los colaboradores.
Asesorar la elaboración y actualización de las matrices de identificación de peligros, valoración de riesgos y determinación de controles en todas las áreas de las operaciones realizando las acciones de coordinación, seguimiento y verificación de la implementación con el fin de asegurar la participación de las personas interesadas y la calidad técnica de los documentos generados.
Competencias: Autonomía, adaptación a los cambios, liderazgo, comunicación asertiva.
Formación académica: Profesional en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo o carreras afines.
