  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to embed strategic initiatives and strengthen delivery capability.

  • Background in developing value propositions and facilitating senior-level solution workshops.
  • Ability to translate client feedback into actionable, value-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, delivery processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrable track record of contributing to revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix environment and embed strategic initiatives into business-as-usual operations.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and digital transformation in project delivery.
  • Graduate-level technical understanding of the built environment.
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Manager, Consultant, or Account Management role within project delivery or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to varied audiences.
  • Experience developing high-level programme plans and supporting multi-year client investments.
  • Experience working within a Centre of Excellence or innovation function.
