Utilize Excel to compile, analyze, and present project data.
Support project managers with financial and progress reporting.
Develop and maintain project cost reports, schedules, and forecasts.
Assist the lead Project Controller in the following:
Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
Track budgets, expenses, and commitments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Identify and communicate potential issues affecting budget or schedule.

Familiarity with accounting principles and cost tracking is beneficial but not necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
10+ years of experience in project controls, accounting, or similar role.
