In this position you will oversee daily performance of installation and production staff and subcontractor crews, maintain clear communication with crews and customers, and manage quality control from product ordering through installation. You will also handle hiring and terminations, continuously evaluate efficiency strategies, and resolve customer complaints.
Key qualifications include a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, at least five years of residential remodeling experience focused on replacement windows, and two years of project‑management experience. Strong communication, customer‑service skills and the ability to resolve conflict are also required.
