- 5+ years of business experience, including at least 3 years in materials management, inventory control, and purchasing within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to guide and support a small team.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of budgets, cost control, and accounts payable.
- Experience coordinating contractor activity and reviewing proposals to ensure fair evaluation and cost-effective solutions.
- Proven success in negotiating contracts and pricing for plant maintenance, supplies, and services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive results.
- Hands-on experience managing the full purchasing process: from requisitions and sourcing through contracting, invoicing, and payment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field - or an equivalent combination of education and professional certification.
BenefitsSalary: $90,000 - $101,000
Benefits: Company pays 90% of healthcare premium, 401K 7% match, PTO 3-4 weeks to start, etc.
Bonus: 10% and paid out the following year (March or April) based on individual and plant performance
