- Manage inventory, ensuring that all materials and tools are accounted for and in good condition.

- Read, interpret, and comprehend service manuals and manufactures’ diagrams.
- Actively support field operations, working closely with welders, technicians, and the operations team to ensure efficiency and safety on job sites.

- Physical ability to handle demands such as lifting, loading, and moving equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb, as needed. Familiar with wearing harnesses and working at elevated heights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in welding or as a welder's helper is preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of assembly, dismantling, and transportation of hoists.
- Availability for travel and flexible work schedules, including overtime and weekends, to support project needs.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other machinery; training will be provided as needed.
