The Front Office Executive works on the front lines of customer service, managing the busiest area of the office – the reception desk. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing them and staff, handling all inbound and outbound calls, maintaining telephone registers, call tracking and client contact databases, and performing general admin and help‑desk tasks.
Additional duties involve keeping the reception area up‑to‑date with magazines and newspapers, contributing to monthly management reports, participating in emergency evacuation procedures, developing reception policies and procedures, and assisting with conference‑room bookings, events and flower‑arrangement coordination while ensuring compliance with JLL regulations.
Candidates should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have 1‑5 years of front‑desk or reception experience. Required skills include strong customer‑service orientation, excellent people skills, multitasking ability, familiarity with occupational safety requirements, solid computer literacy and experience with continuous‑improvement initiatives and client reporting.
