Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
Test terminations and verify system functionality for network cabling and fiber optics using appropriate testing equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of low-voltage systems as needed.
Maintain accurate records of installations, testing results, and job site progress.
Follow industry standards and best practices for low voltage installations (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI).
Install and terminate Cat6 and fiber optic cabling, ensuring proper routing and connection.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies while working on-site.
Set up and configure access control systems, including keycard and biometric readers.
Install, configure, and maintain security camera systems, including CCTV and IP-based systems.

Experience installing and configuring camera systems, both analog and IP.
OSHA safety certification.
Experience with fire alarm and intercom systems.
Certifications such as BICSI Technician, CompTIA Network+, or relevant low-voltage certifications.
Proficient in using cabling testers, punch-down tools, and other industry-standard tools.
Familiarity with access control systems, including both hardware and software components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in terminating, testing, and troubleshooting Cat6 and fiber optic cables.
