Own the release management process, including coordination, documentation and publication of release notes
Lead QA processes for the Active Portal product, maintaining high standards of product reliability and performance
Provide technical oversight across projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Offer pre-sales technical guidance and expertise to support client proposals and solution design
Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks and technologies to enhance team productivity and system performance
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and readiness for deployment

5+ years experience with Ansible for deployment and provisioning
Strong experience creating composer packages, preferably working with packagist and/or satis
Experience with modern PHP tooling and best practices, including static analysis using PHPStan.
Experience with CI/CD, preferably with Bitbucket Pipelines or similar
5+ years experience working with AWS across services such as RDS, S3, EC2, ALB, Route53 and SES
5+ years experience working with nginx
Experience with Docker
Experience with writing tests, particularly unit and integration tests, Wepreferably in PHPUnit.
8+ years Laravel experience
Experience working with and designing APIs
5+ years experience working with mysql
5+ years Drupal experience using modern practices in Drupal 8+
