Description

The Leasing Manager is responsible for daily leasing activities, achieving occupancy and rent‑growth goals, building rapport with prospects, processing lease paperwork, and providing excellent resident service. Duties include responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, ensuring apartments are move‑in ready, touring properties, handling light bookkeeping, performing office administration, maintaining property cleanliness, and operating a golf cart or vehicle for tours.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly leasing targets for occupancy and rent growth.
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person and follow up.
• Qualify leads, conduct background checks, and maintain accurate database records.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, paperwork, and move‑in documentation efficiently.
• Tour vacant units and common areas, ensuring properties are clean and presentation‑ready.
• Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as rent calculations and delinquent‑payment notices.
• Manage office duties including key control, package handling, and message follow‑up.
• Maintain property cleanliness by operating trash compactor and handling basic upkeep.
• Drive a golf cart or vehicle to escort prospects and operate door locks during tours.
• Provide resident support, addressing requests and complaints within 24 hours.
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards at all times.
• Leverage social media marketing to promote the community and attract prospects.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications are multi‑family leasing experience and social media marketing experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and dependable transportation are required.

Customer service expectations include wearing a clean uniform, maintaining a professional appearance, communicating according to PAC standards, handling resident requests and complaints calmly, and resolving issues within 24 hours or escalating as needed.
