The Leasing Manager is responsible for daily leasing activities, achieving occupancy and rent‑growth goals, building rapport with prospects, processing lease paperwork, and providing excellent resident service. Duties include responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, ensuring apartments are move‑in ready, touring properties, handling light bookkeeping, performing office administration, maintaining property cleanliness, and operating a golf cart or vehicle for tours.
Preferred qualifications are multi‑family leasing experience and social media marketing experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and dependable transportation are required.
Customer service expectations include wearing a clean uniform, maintaining a professional appearance, communicating according to PAC standards, handling resident requests and complaints calmly, and resolving issues within 24 hours or escalating as needed.
