- Assist with hiring, training, and supervising service/grounds staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Complete service requests, repairs, and unit make-readies in a timely manner

- Ability to take after-hours/on-call responsibilities

- 2+ years prior multifamily maintenance experience (required)
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must provide basic tools and dependable transportation
- Strong communication skills to work with residents, employees, and vendors
