Performs administrative duties associated with CIP enrollments, payroll reporting, and close out. Assists with administration of the surety program. Provides backup for contract services functions as needed.
Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
Handles documentation associated with worker’s compensation claims.
Interacts with senior leadership, project management team members and business development professionals to understand project components. Creates and maintains up-to-date resume information for key personnel to be used in pre-qualifications.
Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.
Coordinates and collects information for insurance renewals. Obtain certificates of insurance for clients, per contract requirements. Reviews subcontractor certificates of insurance for compliance, and coordinates enrollment of subcontractors.
Provides clerical support to leadership in the risk management, contract management, and contract services groups as needed.
Executerisk management and insurance operations
Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
Completes pre-qualifications for national major projects as requested. Maintains up-to-date pertinent information used to populate national project pre-qualifications.

Creates and maintains professional relationships and technical knowledge by establishing solid networks and communicating well with co-workers, customers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, office staff and field personnel.

Experience with Microsoft Office software applications. Experience with technical tools such as HRIS and payroll systems helpful.

Minimum 1-3 years of administrative support experience in risk management or a related business group.
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree is preferred.
