High Autonomy: You don’t wait for permission to solve a problem. You are proactive in identifying gaps in our marketing ecosystem and filling them.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to write compelling copy for two different audiences (B2B and B2C).
You are proactive, have creative problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
A "No Task Too Small" Mindset: You understand that success lies in the details. You are as comfortable presenting a quarterly budget reforecast as you are proofing signage specs or coordinating a site activation.
3-6 years of progressive marketing experience.
Previous experience in real estate (residential or commercial) is highly preferred.
B2B & B2C Versatility: You can switch gears mentally. You understand that the language used to court a commercial tenant is fundamentally different from the emotional narrative used to welcome a new resident – and you can write for both.
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
Beyond standard MS Office proficiency, you are comfortable with CMS platforms, digital advertising backends, and data analysis.
