Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making.
User Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implementation and Configuration: Manage enterprise-wide roll out. Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
Administration, Compliance, and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation. Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security. Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows.
System Maintenance and Updates: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform.
