B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word
3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required
Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines. Civil estimating experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift
