AECOM Tishman is seeking a Construction Intern for its Culpepper, VA office, with a start date in Summer 2026. The internship provides a broad, well‑rounded learning experience related to the intern’s field of study.
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline and have completed at least one year of study. Recent graduates who plan to continue with a Master’s degree are also eligible, provided they were enrolled in the previous term and intend to pursue advanced study after the internship.
Preferred qualifications include experience with a large general contractor, prior relevant internship experience, exposure to construction‑based computer programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization and relocation assistance are not available for this position, and all qualified applicants must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test.
