5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required
Requires the ability to operate, maneuver and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials used in performing essential functions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques
Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for 7+ hours per day, including sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders and work at varying heights.
Time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required
Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail while working independently is required
